I will give it a 5 star as it was the only hotel which provided a decent deal to us. Went last year with family in a peak season where all the hotels are surging prices like crazy dacoits until I met the manager of this hotel. He gave us a decent suite like room which easily accommodated our 6 family members. Also they provide their jeep if you want to go to mall road which is way down the road. The view is good. Stay and food was average, but highly reccomended if you are stranded in a peak season in nainital. They will offer good deals

The well located hotel offers nice interior for rooms and the service staff are also good. You can choose any food from the Cafe Menu of the Hotel. The preparations are done well and the most of the staff at Hotel were also very courteous. They need minor improvements certain fronts. Lastly I can say that the overall ambience of the hotel was really good. The location and the food were excellent.

Recently I stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms were with all modern amenities. I got the room on the first floor Room No-101. although this was non-view room, but was recently renovated. They have their own parking. Mr. Mohan took care of all my needs. i got chicken-pox during my trip and was very discomforted. Hotel guy brought the required medicine from the market. So supportive staff.

It was very nice stay in this hotel, we were visit nainital last year and this hotel provide best view of naini lake and has very yummy food. Room were clean and bathroom as well. Staff was polite and very nice and helpful. Near to the mall road. And naini lake. Overall amazing stay and suitable for family. Recommend for everyone

Very polite staff and excellent service. This hotel is situated in Nainital. It is very near to Naini Jheel. All the adventures near Nainital can be easily enjoyed from here. The evening at Mall road, the coffee and the corn are the things which you would never like to miss. You can also rent bikes and cars to visit your spot.

Rooms are good in condition but little bit old style, Lake view is very beautiful feature of this hotel. Overall a fair deal for cheap price.

I had a great time there. I booked my room through oyo, we get there at 2am. The staff was very good. The manager itself draw a rough map of the places to visit.
Breakfast was very good.

Very nice for price, also service is nice. Cleanliness is better than many others. Had t.v bathroom and big king bed also got a discount. Only paid 500/- was awesome!
